“You are worth it!  I am here to listen and help aid you in finding strength and peace within yourself;  To help you feel whole, live present in your life, and be hopeful.  No insurance, no diagnosis labels, just the care you need in a warm and inviting environment.

I’m sorry you’re stuck and I’m glad you are seeking help.  We all get stuck sometimes; you are the expert on yourself.  I would be a guide to help you get to be who you really want to be. I know it takes courage to ask for help and that’s something that is forgotten.”
